1.  I have never heard of a Life Purpose Coach.  What is it that you do?
As your Coach, it is my objective to act as an accelerant to help you get more of what you want faster, by facilitating the processes that will allow you to align your resources, reactions, conversations and interactions towards the accomplishment of your goals.  I equip you with various tools, assist in broadening your perspective and help you position yourself such that you can develop yourself and become more effective.  I will supply the motivation to fuel your determination to succeed by assisting you to expand your action levels, performance or capabilities.

There are literally hundreds of life events that people seek help with.  The processes and methods used get people past their obstacles and fears quicker than if they tried to do it alone.  Some events that people utilize Coaches for include:

•  Getting organized

4.  What can I expect when you are coaching me?
First and foremost, YOU MUST ACCEPT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR STAYING FOCUSED AND ON TRACK TOWARD ACHIEVING YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME.  Reaching your goal is not up to anyone else-JUST YOU.  You, and you alone, decide what you want to accomplish and when.  As your Coach, I cannot guarantee results.  You will create powerful results by having the courage and determination to initiate the action that will move your life forward.  During the time we spend together in our sessions, I will devote my time, thoughts and energy to you by providing the structure and support necessary for you to actively move toward the accomplishment of your goal.

5.  Is this therapy?
NO.  Coaching is NOT therapy.  I am trained as a Coach, not as a psychotherapist, or physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions.  I assist you in setting, and working toward the accomplishment of goals that will provide you more of what you desire in life.  If any issues come up for you that should be handled by a licensed therapist or physician, you must attend to your health by contacting and working with the appropriate professional.  I also do not provide financial investment advice.  That service should be provided by the certified financial planner of your choice.

6.  What is the delivery method of your coaching?
Most coaching can be done from the privacy and comfort of your home over the telephone.  Some programs are only done in person as the content incorporates Qigong.

7.  What are Qigong and Tai Chi
Qigong (Chi kung), pronounce chee-gung, is the mother of Chinese self-healing and is one of the four pillars of traditional Chinese medicine:  Acupuncture, Massage, Herbal Medicine and Qigong.  Of these, Qigong is the easiest in terms of self-application, and is a practice that has been used by the people of China for thousands of year to improve and maintain their health.  Those who practice Qigong regularly need less medication, and heal faster and, because it promotes relaxation, Qigong may also decrease the heart rate, lower blood pressure and relieve pain from migraines and some forms of arthritis.

T'ai Chi Ch'uan (Tai Chi), pronounced tie-chee, is an internal style of martial arts that emphasizes the integration and cultivation of the internal energy (qi) with the mind and body, and is often characterized as "meditation in motion" or "soft Qigong."  Because Tai chi is a slow, relaxed, gentle, physical exercise, it can be performed by people of all physical conditions and age groups.  One can practice this discipline, to say fit, from youth to old age.  Much research has been conducted on the effects Tai Chi practice has on the human body.  Some of these benefits include providing tone and strength due to the slowness of the movements and holding the correct posture, joints are exercised and strengthened, and posture improvement due to the skeletal system functioning correctly.
